Simply put a person with integrity does not work with the means that deceive and cheat others.
He is honest and truthful.
You would sense a person with integrity when you come across one. He possess high sense of value and is consistent with them.
Websites are run by people. Therefore personality of a person would determine the way he runs his website.
Integrity is important in business though your primary aim might be profit generation. But then there are integral ways to do it too.
