Following resources have a general licensing for all the images they host and thus are easier to operate.
1. Free Images
Free Images contains more than 3000 stock photos for your use. A link back is demanded when you use them on your website or a text credit when you use them in print.

2. Free Photos Bank
There terms of use is bit catchy so you must make sure you are not doing anything wrong. They say
Any photos/pictures posted by the author “freephotosbank” are free to use as long as you are using them for a website, book, magazine, etc. You cannot download our photos to sell as is or modified from any source. To use our photos/pictures you must accredit us on the work that you used the photo/picture on/in for the use of them
3. Morgue File
The morguefile contains photographs freely contributed by many artists to be used in creative projects by visitors to the site. To acknowledge the artist’s accomplishments, they ask that you credit the photographer when possible but it is not mandatory. Any questions regarding liabilities should be directed to the specific photographer
4. PhotoRack
They offer free photos and do not put limitations of any kind. No linkback. Really good.
5. Pixel Perfect Digital
You get non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image free of charge for using in digital format on websites, multimedia presentations, broadcast film and video, cell phones or in printed promotional materials, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, etc. or cards, letterhead or to decorate your home.
What is more you are also allowed to make modifications.

The licensing is very similar to Pixel Perfect website. Photos are different though.
7. Every Stock Photo
It is a search engine for free photographs rather than being a photo site. Quite convenient as it not only searches free photos but also gives an idea about the license involved.
8. Open Photo
It is a share alike attribution based site where users sign, upload and share images. A small watermark is present on the image when you download it.
9. Image After
You can modify images and textures in any way you see fit and can use them in your own work, personal or for commercial use. You are allowed to even redistribute or sell images and textures altered or unaltered as part of printed work but you cannot redistribute them in a manner that will compete with Image After.
10. Free Photos Web
The photos are free but come with a copyright notice watermark at the bottom.
11. Big Foto
Bigfoto copyright is very simple.If you use the image for a web site, you must provide a link to bigfoto if you are using free images. The link can be anywhere on the page and not necessarily positioned next to the image. If you intend to use the images for commercial purposes, a text credit is demanded.
