Adsense New Interface is available globally now. Adsense had been testing it with selected publishers. It is still in beta test  but they have begun rolling out the new AdSense interface to all publishers globally. Within the next few weeks, expect a “Try the new AdSense interface” link appear in the upper corner of your account. Clicking the link will bring you to the new interface.
