There is a good news from Adsense for publishers from Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Iceland, United Arab Emirates, Latvia, Lebanon, Slovenia, Tunisia, Moldova and Malta. Google Adsense has enabled Western Union payment in these countries.
If you live in any of these locations, you can now sign up to receive your AdSense payments from your local Western Union agent.
Advantage of Western Union
You will receive your earnings sooner with Western Union and you would not have to wait for your checks and then wait for their clearing. You can collect the payment next day after they are issued.
Moreover their would not be a fee charged.
However payment would be scheduled as before. The payments will be made in US dollars, but they may be picked up in your local currency.
Requirements & Conditions
- You’ll need to present a government-issued ID that matches your AdSense payee name when picking up your payment.
- Only individual payee names can receive payments by Western Union, not businesses.
- Payments must be picked up within 60 days of issue, or they’ll expire and be credited back to your account.
Congratulations to the publishers in these countries. I really hope that this option comes to India soon.
