I cannot reach support for the life of me. They say his lifetime support on this theme but I am experiencing no support on this thing. I have sent over a half a dozen e-mails to support and to some members also in the support group who do not respond. I was asking for some kind of manual for this theme so when I come across situations I can refer to the manual. I asked them if they have any movies I asked them about some specific questions on the template. I even tried asking question of a member who looks like they were online nothing but no answer there neither. So it is guys can't get their act together on going to request my money back because they have failed their part of the contract mainly "support". one theme is pure crap.
