StumbleUpon has released iPhone and Android applications enabling the users to use SU from their mobiles.
iPhone users can download it from Apple store

Android users need to point to QR code from their mobile or can visit www.stumbleupon.com in their phone browser.

The new additions enable the users to explore pages on desired favorite topics. The pages that you bookmark from your phone are automatically synced with your StumbleUpon account.

The applications are free of charge.
