Do Not Just Work.Build A Business System………
Most of internet marketers keep working to meet the ends of their business. One of the reasons is that they work alone and do not have enough budgets to outsource. A majority of them do not understand business concepts that well and therefore do not want to take risks.
Whatever the reasons, the business has got its own rules.
If you do not want to get stuck where you are right now in your business, you need to think wise.
You need to build a business system.
No! I am not going to tell you how to build a business system. Rather I want to impress upon the idea that you need one.
I am guilty of working like a day jobber in my business. I used to think like these are profitable things and if I continue doing them more I would earn more.
That is not a wrong approach but again that is akin to the concept of trading time for money, just like a job.
What to do?
You need to build a business system.
A system where things should occur with minimum involvement from your side. A system is set of automated tasks that occur recurringly without much involvement from your side.
You can further subdivide your system elements so as to make it more tangible.
Let us say that you derive your traffic by writing and submitting articles to different directories. But over a period you find that you are putting a lot of time in this which is not enabling you to grow your business.
To save time you can
- Outsource the article writing
- out source the article submissions
- Hire personnel to do this stuff.
That would help you to concentrate on your business growth.
This is just an example of a part of business system.
Building a business system works different for different models and is just not outsourcing your business. You also need to build mechanisms which would bring money.
Simply put an internet business requires
- Traffic building
- Holding visitors and turning them into subscribers/fans
- Sell your products to those subscribers or fans
How you place your mechanism into action would depend a lot on you and your business model.
But do not forget to do it.
