Do not ever quit. If you fail,learn from it and do the thing again. If you get beaten, lick your wounds and start afresh. Fail,learn, rectify and then do it again.
Care
Your present customers are your goldmine. Retain them. If they have problems, pay special attention. If somebody complaints to you, it is an opprtunity to solve the problem and create loyalty.
Explore New Opportunities
You should be on constant outlook for new ways to expand your business. You must do the things more than your competitor is doing. You must see new demands arising and work on fulfilling them.

Automate as much as possible. When a script can do the job,do not waste your time on it.
