From the list it might appear that steps are to be taken successively. Many of these steps can be taken be taken simultaneously. While you are writing your product, you can outsource the creation of graphics. You can start building your traffic by your marketing efforts while your product is yet to be created. This saves a lot of time and provides you quite a leverage.
