Website Creation-Make A Use Judicious Use Of Graphics

In Graphics, Internet Business Start Up, Web Resources

Graphics are essential part of your website. Not only they make your site more appealing, they also make your product look more professional. A judicious dash of graphics would always help your site to perform better.

However, you need to be careful with use of web graphics. Web graphics, if used in excess can distract, irritate or repel your customers and will increase loading time.

However a header, logo, product images and order button are the graphics which are almost a norm.

All of these graphics are used to create an effect about your website and product. They help to brand your business and your products. If there were no logos, people would have difficulty in making brand images. Your header gives recognition to your website and your product images create an aura around your product. ……Click Here To Continue Reading

Creating Webpages-Choose An Option That Suits You Best

In Internet Business Start Up, Web Resources

Once you have decided the structure of a web page, next step is to actually create one. There was a time when you had only two choices to create a website- either outsource it or learn the complete HTML.But the things are quite different now. Today’s internet marketer has many more choices available which help you build your site faster.

Apart from HTML, PHP is another language that is commonly used to build the websites. Your web site may just be a one page HTML site or interactive site with lots of content in it. While HTML perfectly suits the former, PHP comes handy in building the latter. You may also like to use databases in case of large websites. ……Click Here To Continue Reading

How To Use Expired Domains And Get Traffic Leverage

In Computer and Internet, Internet Business Start Up, Web Resources

Expired domains are the domains which people register but do not renew for some reason or other. These domains come into open market again and are available for the customers.

It happens so that webmasters invest time, effort and money to promote their site and build up traffic. But many of them move on and are not actively involved in site promotion. There web site is up and running as long as they own domain and pay a hosting fee. Even if there site is not up, all the automatic marketing systems they have put in place still bring in traffic. The site gets regular visitors.

Those domains expire in their due course due to non renewal. If you get these domains with prebuilt traffic, you get a pre-built stream of customers. You can use that domain to build a new web site or use that traffic by redirecting the traffic to your site.

But you need to find a place where you can get the authentic websites with prebuilt traffic and not get duped by buying outdated websites which do not carry any traffic.

DeletedDomains.com is the number one resource if you wish to go to a trustworthy web site.

Clickbank Introduces Recurrent Billing

In Web Resources

Good News for publishers and affiliates.

[tag-tec]Clickbank[/tag-tec] has released facility of Recurring Billing.[tag-tec]ClickBank recurring billing[/tag-tec] is a fully-automated system that takes care of your billing and subscription management responsibilities. It is easy to implement for both affiliates and publishers.

Apart from few merchant accounts, recurring payments niche had been dominated by [tag-tec]Paypal[/tag-tec] till now and some recent share was taken by[tag-tec] 2CO[/tag-tec]. While Paypal and 2CO can support almost any frequency ( e.g. monthly, bimonthly, and so on), Clickbank recurring support only monthly frequency. They are expected to expand their system to include other frequencies, as I understand from their release notes.

Like 2CO, Clickbank also offers a choice of initial payment to be different from recurring cyclical payment.

As ususal the [tag-tec]affiliate commision [/tag-tec] would be calculated from net sale every month.
Main advantage of Clickbank recurring payment is that it offers readymade inbuilt affiliate soultion. Clickbank definitely saves time, money and resources for publishers who do not have to deal with affiliate payments and records. Similarly it offers readymade business solution for affiliates. All they need is to open an account, select a product and publish the link to make money.

But this was not available for recurring payments. We all know that recurring payments make more money than one time sale products. Clickbank would attract many businesses as people surely would like to have many affiliates working for them.

To know more about Clickbank recurring please go to Clickbank website ( http://clickbank.com) and login to your account.

Info Product Creation - How To Search Better For Information

In Internet Business Start Up, Product Creation, Web Resources, Writing

Search is an important part of creation of info products. When you write on a topic you would like to gather maximum information before you start writing. Collected information also comes handy whenever you are in doubt or want to make a reference. You can search for the information both offline and online. Offline you can search the local libraries, magazines, newspapers and bookstores.

Online search is an easier and quicker way to search. I find it a better method to find and locate offline help material.

We all are familiar with online search. It could be smooth honeydew smooth or could result in frustration and headaches. We need to use search methods more effectively and efficiently for our business than we do for our normal daily queries. So we need to know every possible resource and every possible tricks that can be used for enhanced searching.

Search Engines: Online search activity is done mainly through search engines. Google, Yahoo and MSN are leading search engines. As a matter of habit we tend to restrict ourselves to one search engine. But it is important to know that search engines are not absolute. Neither they are similar. There differences in algorithms and the way they index the web results in slightly different search results. So if one search engine is not serving your query to the extent you want, you may wish to try other one.

Web Directories: Web directories classify and list the site according to the subject they cater. There are general subject directories and directories on specific subjects. For example I am listing few general subject directories you can check out.
Librarians’ Index - http://lii.org

Infomine- http://infomine.ucr.edu

Academic Info - http://academicinfo.us

About.com - http://about.com

Google Directory - http://directory.google.com

Yahoo Directory! - http://dir.yahoo.com

Wikipedia: Wikipedia ( http://wikipedia.org) is a community built online free encyclopedia where you can find information on almost any topic.

Metasearch Engines: when you submit a keyword to meta-search engine, it transmits your search simultaneously to several individual search engines and their databases of web pages. So you can query your search to all serch engines simultaneously. But the results may not be deep dug. So if you can, use search engines directly. A few common meta search engines are
Dogpilehttp://dogpile.com
Surfwaxhttp://surfwax.com
Copernichttp://copernic.com

Info Products from Other Authors : If you come across an ebook/audio book/video which possesses the information you are looking for and the author is credible enough, you can go for it. You would get most of the information you require without much search.

You also get to know your potential competitor. But if you do not want to buy, there is plenty of information available that is free and is waiting to be dug out.

Public Domain Books : All this stuff is free and most of them without copyrights. You can use the information and bring your own products out.Project Gutenberg is a great place to start.
