Build Higher Trust For Better Business

You might have already heard of the latest trend of people turning away from small business and move to brands they know. To one’s dismay even the search engines are inclining towards bigger brands. This is a bad news for small business and to make your business a survivor, you need to become a brand.
When we look at this problem it comes to matter of people’s confidence in you.
People are turning to the brands because they somehow recognize them and establish a connection of trust. If you are looking for a digital camera, you search for names like Sony, Nikon, Kodak, Canon etc. You would not try a new brand on your own until somebody recommends you or you are familiar with name.
Same goes for online business. People need to know you and trust you before they buy from you. You cannot just put a website and hope to make sales by deriving traffic. May be you have sporadic sales but that hardly matters.
Conversion is becoming harder and harder for small online business. People surf but they refuse to buy from you. Your product may be excellent but they would move to someone they know and trust and buy from him even if his product vis a vis yours is inferior.
It might look insane but that is human nature. You need to understand and capitalize it.
We all love familiarity. We create comfort spaces in our minds. We like to maintain that comfort zone. This is a reason we relish few things and repeatedly do so. We are always creating favorites. We visit the same grocery store and same vegetable vendor because we feel comfortable there. They might not give better deals to us but because we trust them we feel secure with our purchases.
To succed on internet, your visitors should also feel secure enough to become your customers.
You need to build this trust. You need to make them familiar with you, you need to establish a relation with them that invokes trust and you need to create an aura called brand. There are ways to do it and we would briefly discuss them.
Brand Your Business
Branding your business is a way to establish a familiar face. More familiar are people with you, higher are the chances that they would buy from you. Branding involves leaving an impression on the mind that connects with your business every time someone thinks of the product.
Be Professional
Let us be clear that packaging matters. If you are in business, look the best. A professional logo, professionally done sales page and nice use of images go a long way to establish your image. You definitely would not enter a store that does not look good.
Reputation
Reputation matters a lot in online business. In fact reputation is one of the factors that create trust in people’s mind. Your name, your business name and opinions on you around the net can be searched very easily. What other are saying about you becomes very important in this era of click and find technology.
Become Big
Because people are trusting big brands, idea is to scale your business and become bigger in your niche. You can do this by building communities, creating a vast range of products and covering aspects of your niche demands. Customer care, online chats etc. leave an impression that your business is big and has enough manpower to look after customers.
Make Them Secure
Publish a privacy policy on your business website. Let people know how you would and you would not handle the information the y provide to you. Is your server secure enough to handle safe transactions. If yes, let the people know.
Talk with them. Blogging seems the easiest option to me. Let people know that there is a human face behind your website

In life and in business many moments come when we start feeling low. We get surrounded by air of negativity and feel intimidated by successful people around us. Everyone seems to be more successful, brimming with knowledge and money whereas you are where you were.
With so much interconnection and information network available, we see success stories everyday and look in awe. Somewhere, your mind starts thinking- Am I not that capable?
You start seeing your negative side and get sucked in.
It is not unnatural to feel that way in internet business too.
While everybody seems to be making headlines with success, you are still there, working and not making a headway.
This is especially true in early part. When you are just a newbie.

How would it sound if I say you can make millions if you can make one dollar.
Would you laugh that statement away?
No!
If you are able to make one dollar, you are far ahead of the race who do not know or do not try.
It is not a simple journey from one dollar to million dollars. But more passionately you do it, lesser time it would take.
Even if it takes few years, would you not try it. If I were you, I would.
Do not undervalue one dollar.
A million dollar amount is made by a single dollar accumulating million times.
Instead keep your eye on your target- Million Dollar.
After you made your first dollar, you have a method in hand which generates money. Only you need to work to find the method and apply it all over.
Again and again.
Each time you do it you need to test what worked and what did not.
Imagine when you earn a dollar hundred times you already have made $100.
How many people are able to do that?
It does not matter if it took two months.
You must jubilate for you have created money.
Never loose that enthusiasm, that passion to creat money.
You are on road to create your millions.
Look! there are many methods that can make you money online. It could be affiliate marketing, it could be content publishing, it could be a service and so on.
For you the most important method is the one that worked for you. All you need to do is to repeat and refine your method and apply it at bigger level.
To make it big you need to do few things.
Documentation
Documentation would make a living record and proof of your doings that would translate into your success story. Documenting helps to review later and find what works and what does not.
Document everything you do. Every little process that you do or implement should be recorded. You may notr it down on your computer or you may write it on your diary.
Build Assets
Assets are the elements which you would use to escalate your business. Creating assets provide scalability. Your own products like ebooks are your assets, your list is your asset, websites you acquire/buy/create become your assets, articles you write and publish become your assets and so on… . I hope you get the idea.
As you accumulate assets, they provide more power in your hands. They provide power to make better offers, make better JV deals and create better branding.
Build Your Business
Everything you do must act toward growth of your business. You must create a central hub around which your business processes revolve.
Never Loose Passion
Just remember the jubilation and joy that your first dollar gave you. you must keep that passion alive. Pursue every dollar like your first one. Never slacken and you would make millions before your target time.
